Requesting Data Deletion

At The Property Experts, we respect your privacy and provide you with the option to have your personal data removed from our systems. If you have previously interacted with our website or our lead generation forms on Facebook/Instagram and wish to delete your information, please follow the instructions below:

Option 1: Email Request (Recommended)

Send an email to info@thepropertyexperts.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". In the body of the email, please include:

• Your Full Name
• The Email Address used during the inquiry
• The Phone Number used during the inquiry

Once received, our team will process your request and permanently delete your record from our CRM within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Option 2: Facebook App Settings

If you provided your data through a Facebook Lead Ad, you can also manage your off-Facebook activity through your Facebook account settings:

1. Go to your Facebook Profile's "Settings & Privacy".
2. Click on "Settings".
3. Navigate to "Your Facebook Information".
4. Click on "Off-Facebook Activity".
5. From there, you can manage or clear your activity from specific apps and businesses.

What happens after deletion?

After your data is deleted, we will no longer have access to your contact information and will be unable to provide you with property updates, brochures, or site visit invitations. If you wish to re-engage with us in the future, you will need to submit a new inquiry.
